• Lace must be thin.

• Knots must be small.

• T-wigs are NOT accepted (frontal area shaped like a T).

• We only accept transparent, light brown, and medium brown lace frontals, and HD lace. Your lace shouldn’t be darker than your forehead; if unsure, please purchase HD lace or transparent Swiss lace.

• Full lace wigs are only accepted for full lace wig services.

• Lace frontal wigs should fit perfectly, sitting over your hairline; if not, it means it doesn’t fit and won’t be installed.

• Synthetic hair is NOT accepted; must be 100% human hair.
