Consultation Requirement: A consultation is mandatory for all new clients booking for Microlinks, K-tips, traditional sew-ins and treatments.

Hair Preparation: Please ensure your hair is free of any styles such as braids, cornrows, or sew-ins etc.

Hair Material: We only work with 100% human hair. Synthetic hair is not accepted for any services.

Lace Specifications: For lace installs, we accept transparent, light brown, medium brown, and HD lace frontals. The lace should not be darker than your forehead. Please note, we only accept HD lace.

Wig Types: Lace frontal wigs should fit perfectly, sitting over your hairline; otherwise, they will not be installed. T-wigs (with a frontal area shaped like a 'T') are not accepted.
